Buddingpreneurs was born from a deeply personal journey—a journey of passion, perseverance, and purpose.

It all began with our founder, Sasmita, whose love for the intricate beauty of Filigree jewelry and the rich heritage of Odisha inspired her to launch her first venture, Art of Filigree, in 2017. Like many entrepreneurs, she started small, driven by a dream to revive a traditional art form and turn it into a thriving business.

The challenges of the post-COVID era (2019–2020) sparked a new calling. During this time, Sasmita discovered a powerful passion for building communities and supporting others walking the same entrepreneurial path. She realized that the journey is easier—and more impactful—when it's shared.

This led to the creation of Buddingpreneurs—a vibrant, inclusive community open to all women-led businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs across India 🇮🇳.
